These are starter website terms for the Zapio Survey product site and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before production use.

Service plans

The Free plan is presented as up to 100 survey responses per month. The Business plan is presented as AED 300 per month for up to 1,000 responses. Unlimited and enterprise requirements are subject to a separate commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised collection of data, abuse, spam, security attacks or content that infringes third-party rights.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining account credentials and controlling access to their workspace.

Availability and integrations

Features, integrations and enterprise implementation may depend on technical scope and the customer’s environment. Custom implementation can be quoted separately.
